Go to the Promotions section in the app and tap "Create Promotion". Fill in the promotion details including title, description, start and end dates, terms and conditions, and upload images. Once created, your promotion will be visible to QrPlus customers.

Navigate to the "My QR" section in the app. You can generate individual QR codes for customers. Each QR code is unique and can be scanned by QrPlus customers to earn points and coupons. You can track scan statistics for each QR code.

Your store code is automatically generated based on your business state location. It follows Malaysian vehicle registration plate prefixes (e.g., Selangor stores get codes like B001, B002, etc.). The code is unique to your store and helps identify your business in the system.

Go to the Products section and tap "Add Product". Fill in product details including name, description, price, category, and upload product images. You can also set stock quantities and enable lucky draw entries for purchases.

Go to Profile and tap "Store Settings". Here you can upload your store logo, select your business category, add business description, address, contact information, social media links, and set your business hours. Make sure to complete your profile to maximize visibility to customers.

Navigate to the Lucky Draws section and tap "Create Lucky Draw". Set the prize details, required number of coupons, start and end dates, and draw date. Customers can enter using their coupons, and winners are selected automatically on the draw date.

Yes! In the "My QR" section, you can view statistics for each QR code including total scans, last scan date, and scan count. This helps you track customer engagement with your promotions.

QrBiz includes a messaging feature. Go to the Messages section to see conversations with customers. You can send text messages, images, and files to help customers with inquiries about your products and promotions.

During registration, you can optionally enter a QrPlus user's referral code. This helps track which QrPlus customer referred your business. QrBiz users do not have their own referral codes - only QrPlus customers have referral codes.

Go to Profile and tap "Store Settings" to update your business information. You can modify your store name, category, description, address, contact details, social media links, and business hours at any time. Changes are saved immediately.

Yes! QrBiz is completely free to download and use. There are no hidden fees or subscription costs. You can create unlimited promotions, generate QR codes, add products, and use all features at no charge.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and you'll receive a password reset link. Click the link in the email to create a new password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
