Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

QrBiz is a business management platform that enables merchants to create promotions, generate QR codes, manage products, and interact with QrPlus customers. We provide the platform infrastructure; merchants remain responsible for their own offers, inventory, pricing, and fulfilment.

By creating a business account, you agree that these Terms govern your access to and use of the app and related services.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be a legitimate business entity capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of all business information provided, including store details, promotions, and product listings.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activities, or otherwise misuse the service.

3. Business Operations & Content

You are responsible for all content you create, including promotions, product descriptions, images, and QR codes. All content must comply with Malaysian laws and regulations.

You grant QrBiz a license to display your business information and promotions to QrPlus customers. You retain ownership of your content.

4. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You agree not to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or abuse the platform, APIs, or security features. Misleading conduct, including false promotions or fraudulent QR code generation, is strictly prohibited.

We expect business operations in line with Malaysian consumer protection laws, the Electronic Commerce Act 2006, PDPA 2010, and the CPETTR 2024 marketplace requirements.

5. Customer Interactions & Liability

You are responsible for honouring all promotions and offers displayed to QrPlus customers. QrBiz is not liable for disputes between you and customers, though we may assist with escalation where possible.

You must maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and business information. Failure to honour valid promotions may result in account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform on an "as is" basis without warranties of availability, accuracy, or suitability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, QrBiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes should first be raised with our support team at support@qrbiz.com for resolution.
